What are cookies?
1. Canceling a Company Formation, or government entity Service
1.1. Due to the nature of the transaction and the requirement to pay for governmental services prior to the services being carried out, transactions concerning company formations and those involving government entities including federal and/or state agencies cannot be canceled or altered once they are initiated.
1.2. We will notify you as soon as the transactions are initiated, if you however wish to cancel any transaction before it is initiated and you have not yet been notified by us, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know. In the event the transaction can be stopped we will charge you a cancellation fee of $20.00.
2. Cancelling a transaction for drafting and document services
2.1. You can cancel a transaction for drafting and document services, before we begin providing them. Once we have begun providing the Services, you may cancel the drafting and document services at any time by giving you written notice.
2.2. If you have made any payment to us for any drafting and document services we have not yet provided, these sums will be refunded to you. If we have provided Services that you have not yet paid for, the sums due less a cancellation fee of $20.00 will be deducted from any refund due to you or, if no refund is due, we will invoice you for those sums and you will be required to make payment.
3. Cancellation by us
Once we have begun providing the Services, we may cancel the Services at any time by giving you written notice. If you have made any payment to us for any Services we have not yet provided, these sums will be refunded to you.
4. Chargebacks
We expect our Users to contact us before making any Chargeback requests. We will investigate any Chargeback requests made by you and in response will inform your issuing bank whether any Service or Transaction has been canceled. We reserve the right to suspend a user’s account and lock User's access during the chargeback investigation procedure.
5. Late or missing refunds
All refunds will be made using the original payment method used less any transaction fees incurred by us as a result of your cancellation. If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of us notifying you about your refund being issued, please, check your bank account again and contact your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
6. Changes
6.1. We may update our Cancellation Policy from time to time. This might be for a number of reasons, such as to reflect a change in the law or to accommodate a change in our business practices and the way we operate.
6.2. We recommend that you check here periodically for any changes to our Cancellation Policy.
