About the role
Every Blugency formation passes through this desk. You'll be the accuracy gate between a client's application and the state, catching problems before submission and keeping every filing moving to approval.
What you'll do
- Check each client application for completeness and accuracy
- Prepare and submit state filings
- Track filing status and flag issues early
What you'll need
- Experience with US entity formation, registered agent operations or paralegal support
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Comfort with state filing portals and deadlines
- Clear written English

- Experience across multiple state filing systems
